YBG Marketing is currently hiring for a Digital Marketing Intern for our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a college students who are looking to get their foot in the door with an award winning marketing agency! The ideal candidate will have experience working with major Social Media Platforms, is eager to learn, and is capable of thinking outside the box. Additionally, the candidate must be able to think strategically, communicate clients’ brand voice effectively across multiple platforms, and possess exceptional writing skills.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Support Social Media Manager in the day-to-day management of active social media client campaigns
• Research relevant content and ongoing trends that are within assigned clients’ industry
• Develop engaging content to post and schedule on a daily basis for assigned social media accounts
• Manage community feedback in real-time on assigned accounts
• Provide creative brainstorming ideas for Social Media
• Video Creation for social media and mobile applications including reels and stories
• Ability to be onsite to capture content for social media

Job Requirements:

• Must have in depth knowledge of social media marketing and advertising
• Experience with social media sites, specifically Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn  (Additional knowledge of other channels a plus)
• Understanding of the purpose of social media for businesses
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Degree or currently majoring in: Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or similar background
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and work independently

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Good analytical skills in determining customers’ needs and offering solutions
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of digital and social campaigns is especially useful.
Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identification of key accounts.
• Arrange Zoom meetings with prospective clients
• Identifying and establishing relationships with the Interior Building Products and Decor Manufacturers
• Creating brand awareness with designers, architects, and builders
• Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to all YBG Marketing Services
• Delivering professional service through consultative sales
• Responding to the marketplace by providing value through being a knowledgeable rep with quick follow up
• Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our services always
• Monitor sales trends and product performance results
• Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field

Location: Position is remote
Commission based pay average annual commission earned $115K
